Job Requirements

18 years of age or older
ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
basic food safety knowledge and practice
possession of Food Handler's Card if required by law
flexible availability including nights and weekends
physical stamina to lift and carry 50 pounds
ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
capability to stand for up to 6 hours
good communication skills in a noisy environment
positive attitude embodying company values

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

complete basic food safety understanding and practice training

effective communication skills in a loud environment

Job Duties

Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe(s) needs daily
maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
assist and support your manager and team as needed
help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
