Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 0-1 years of related work experience
- team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable with strong attendance
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow detailed recipes and baking procedures
- good communication and customer service skills
- willingness to work varying shifts including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Act as a food waste reducer by minimizing waste in daily operations
- Support a safe and healthy working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
