Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cake decorating or similar creative culinary role
- Ability to use decorating tools and equipment safely
- Good hand-eye coordination and artistic ability
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery arts preferred
- Artistic and creative skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

- Basic math skills for measurements and pricing

Job Duties
- Create beautifully decorated cakes and pastries using artistic and creative skills
- Take customer orders over phone and in store accurately
- Replenish and organize bakery display cases and shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Continuously improve decorating techniques and stay updated with trends
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders as needed
