Job Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Availability to work Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM
Ability to commit to 15-25 hours per week
No formal education or previous work experience required but experience in a bakery or foodservice environment is an advantage
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to baking

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in baking or food preparation is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop baking skills
Customer service orientation

Job Duties

Prepare bundt cakes according to established recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency and quality in all baked products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace
Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
Participate in training and development programs
