Job Requirements

Stable work history
No prior baking experience necessary
Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
Availability to work 24-39 hours per week
Ability to work 8-hour shifts during mornings and days
Must be able to work year-round including holiday seasons
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Hands-on baking of bread and sweets
Shaping dough according to bakery standards
Selling products at bakery locations and farmers markets
Engaging with customers to promote and sell breads
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment
Providing excellent customer service and handling transactions
