Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
Ability to pass background check as applicable
Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license preferred in certain locations
Meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in food preparation or baking is beneficial but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow company recipes and procedures
Good physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
Basic math skills for measuring and portion control

Job Duties

Arrive early to prepare fresh bagels and bakery items
Stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring quality product availability
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
Maintain a clean and safe store environment
Collaborate with team members to uphold food quality and customer satisfaction
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
Adapt duties as required to meet the store's operational needs
