Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Completion of basic food safety training and practice
  • Flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Successful background check
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand for up to 6 hours
  • Manual dexterity to handle tools and controls
  • Clear communication in a loud environment

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • Assist and support manager and team as needed
  • Help build culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
