Job Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, stretch and use hands and wrists continuously
- Open availability with flexible scheduling
- Ability to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures
- Strong attention to detail for food safety and cleanliness
- Basic math and reading skills

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of donuts, breads, pastries and other baked goods according to Dunkin Donuts guidelines
- Follow and complete a daily par sheet to maintain inventory levels
- Maintain strict health department and company food safety standards through proper food handling and cleanliness
- Work overnight and early morning shifts independently with minimal supervision
- Use and learn to operate various baking and kitchen equipment and tools
- Adapt to changing par levels and take direction from supervisors
- Assist in other store positions as needed to maintain smooth operations
