Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in baking breads, pastries, and desserts
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
Good communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Duties

Mix and prepare doughs and batters for baking breads, cookies, and pastries
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to produce baked goods
Decorate cakes and create elaborate desserts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display cases and shelves
Engage and communicate with customers to provide exceptional service
Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Assist with inventory management and restocking of baking supplies
