- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor fitting a premium brand
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain promptly
- Passionate, curious, sincere, entrepreneurial, driven, empathetic, and highly motivated

Job Duties
- Work under the direction of the Pastry Head Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs
- Ensure uniform is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, maintaining high personal hygiene standards
- Compile daily mise en place
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the standards set by the Head Pastry Chef
- Promote effective teamwork
- Prepare and cook all food items as requested
- Prepare attractive food displays if required
- Receive, prepare and cook orders
- Clean and maintain pastry kitchen areas, equipment, and tools according to Safe and Sound standards
- Report potential health or hygiene hazards
- Ensure proper handling of food according to health and hygiene procedures
- Place food orders for daily production
- Ensure efficient stock rotation
- Attend or conduct trainings
- Complete documentation per Safe and Sound standards
- Be flexible to assist with special events, promotions, and demonstrations
- Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by management
