Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- able to pass background check as per local, state, and federal laws
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred depending on location
- physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a bakery or food production environment advantageous
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake kettle-cooked bagels and assorted bakery products
- stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with customer service duties including order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest service
- monitor product quality throughout the shift
- adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
