Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- basic math knowledge
- familiarity with kitchen equipment safety
- ability to follow detailed production processes
- ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4 a.m.
- basic English reading and writing skills preferred

Job Duties
- Manage bagel production from freezer to finished product efficiently following THB systems and standards
- manage time and daily routine to meet needs at the opening hour and throughout the day
- announce hot bagels to team and guests throughout the shift
- maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure proper functioning at all times
- stand or walk for long periods
- bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- troubleshoot production issues swiftly and effectively
