Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license (preferred or required at specific locations)
- tip eligibility subject to state regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in baking or food preparation beneficial
- ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- attention to detail and quality
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Bake high-quality bagels and pastries according to recipes and company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- adhere to health and safety regulations
