Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
ability to lift and carry moderate weights
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math and reading skills
ability to stand for extended periods
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous retail or grocery experience a plus but not required
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Replenishing shelves to ensure product availability
arranging flowers and preparing produce sections
receiving and organizing freight shipments
maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store
assisting customers with inquiries and providing excellent service
supporting team members in daily store operations
promoting a positive shopping environment for customers
