Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to maintain standing for extended periods up to 6 hours
- Capacity to move around the café to attend to guest needs
- Ability to lift and handle equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to position self for lifting items from floor to shelves and cabinets
- Strong attention to detail and time management

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to follow recipes and safety standards

Job Duties
- Measure and mix ingredients to produce bakery products including bread and pastries using precise café standards
- Ensure correct quantities of baked goods are produced daily and coordinate with management on production schedules
- Maintain baking environment by monitoring oven temperature, baking times, and quality presentation
- Visually merchandise and display all products attractively
- Receive and store inventory, proof and prepare items for baking to ensure consistent quality
- Keep work area clean, organized, and properly sanitized
- Demonstrate hospitality, respect, and friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Resolve problems promptly and inform management about issues
- Provide on-the-job training for new bakers as needed
- Perform prep and utility duties or backup tasks when required
- Assist in café setup, refill, and maintenance of coffee, tea, oatmeal, and soup areas
- Other related responsibilities as assigned
