Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or a related field preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts with attention to detail
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers effectively and safely
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Interact with customers professionally to enhance their shopping experience
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
Assist in inventory management and timely product replenishment
