Job Requirements
- 2 plus years experience baking in a high volume restaurant or equivalent experience and education
- must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- must be able to work on feet for the duration of shift
- must understand weights, measures and conversions
- know food safety and inventory concepts such as FIFO, time and temperature requirements and the hierarchy of food storage
- Texas Food Handler Permit required prior to start and must be maintained throughout tenure
- ability to maintain patience with guests and co-workers in difficult situations
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to communicate in English
- must be able to work in a team environment
- ability to think quickly and creatively to address unique guest needs

Job Duties
- Being a promotional spokesperson for Saint Arnold
- prepare dough for pizzas, buns, naan bread and other baked goods
- bake buns, naan bread and other baked goods
- keep work area clean
- know and follow all laws, rules, regulations and company policies regarding proper food handling
- be prepared to work at designated start time
- maintain a safe, clean ad sanitary work area, kitchen and restaurant
- assure baked goods meet company standards
- monitor and maintain inventory levels and rotate food to ensure freshness
- work as a team with all co-workers
- all other duties as assigned
