Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3 AM depending on the restaurant) and weekends
must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years or older
ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
experience working early hours, including as early as 3 AM, and weekends
good communication and teamwork skills
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
valid state-issued driver's license preferred for specific locations

Job Duties

Arrive early and prepare kettle-cooked New York-style bagels
stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability each shift
assist with order taking and sandwich making to support excellent guest service
maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and efficient store operations
monitor and manage baking equipment and supplies
ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations
