Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related experience in baking or food preparation
- Ability to work morning shifts with varying days
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to Southern Maine Community College
- Willingness to comply with food safety and workplace health standards

- Ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc.
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Reduce food waste and contribute to sustainability initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
