The Baker 1 position at El Super #58 in Florence plays a critical role in the bakery department. Under the supervision of the Bakery Manager, the baker is responsible for preparing and baking large volumes of bakery products using standardized recipes. This position requires a blend of technical baking skills and physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy grocery store bakery. The role involves following precise recipes to produce consistent, high-quality products while also ensuring that all preparation and sanitation protocols are strictly adhered to.
