Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification for an accredited or recognized culinary school, college, or comparable institution preferred
Minimum one year of relevant work experience
Experience with persons with disabilities preferred but not required
Ability to communicate clearly with chef, all managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
May be required to perform diverse physical tasks, including constant standing and walking, heavy lifting (30-50 lbs), etc.
Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance and meet agency personnel requirements
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
Ability to meet Copa Health driver eligibility requirements, as applicable
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
