Job Description

E&E Foods is currently seeking a Baker for the 2025 Bristol Bay Season. The work period is from June through August, requiring preparation and baking of food according to Facility Chef's production guidelines while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures. The work environment includes outdoor conditions varying from warm and sunny to cold, windy, and wet.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
8 to 10 years of baking experience preferred
Safe Serve certification preferred
ability to work independently with limited supervision required
knowledge of basic food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations including handling, sanitation, and storage
occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
