Job Description
E&E Foods, a company specializing in food production for the 2025 Bristol Bay Season, is seeking a experienced Baker to join their team. The work period for this role is from June through August, with responsibilities including preparing and baking food according to production guidelines while adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 8 to 10 years of baking experience preferred
- Safe Serve certification preferred
- ability to work independently with limited supervision required
- proven knowledge of basic food preparation principles, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
