Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform other preparation and sanitation duties as required
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- lift and move heavy bakery supplies and equipment
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- work a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- comply with all health and safety regulations
