Job Requirements

  • High-school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to report to work on time and complete entire scheduled shifts
  • Timely and regular attendance
  • Capability to manage work-related stress
  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced, complex environments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks
  • Flexibility for additional hours and overtime
  • Physically able to stand and walk for 70% of the time
  • Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30-35 pounds frequently
  • Able to squat, kneel, bend frequently
  • Able to work in cold (40-50 degrees) and hot (90-100 degrees) environments
  • Able to tolerate exposure to flour and yeast materials
  • Ability to climb steps and ladders up to 10 feet
  • Ability to perform duties safely with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Produce high quality products in a safe and healthful manner
  • Attend assigned shifts regularly
  • Work in all areas of production and packaging as assigned, including operating machinery and crossing platforms
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Assist fellow employees as needed
  • Monitor quality inspection and operate equipment such as palletizers
  • Stock production lines with materials
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment
  • Track quality and waste metrics
  • Maintain sanitation and cleaning standards
  • Support line technicians in daily activities
  • Operate forklifts and floor jacks
  • Move finished skids to warehouse area
