Novolex is currently seeking a dedicated Bag Machine Operator to join their team in Carrollton, TX. This immediate hiring opportunity offers a competitive starting wage of $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift premium available for night shift workers. The company offers day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM and night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM, accommodating a variety of work-life balance needs. The Bag Machine Operator will play a critical role in the production process by operating machinery that produces various types of packaging bags, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This position demands precision in carrying out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation tasks.
