The main responsibility involves accurately and safely combining and preparing ingredients sourced from the prep and spice areas following detailed recipes. This includes monitoring soup viscosity, thoroughly sanitizing kettles between runs, coordinating with the prep department to ensure smooth production schedules, and adhering strictly to food safety and quality standards. The operator will also document entries in inspection quality systems, take samples for quality assurance, and participate in all safety protocols and procedures. \n\nCandidates for this role must be detail-oriented, able to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds overhead, and capable of performing well under pressure in an environment that experiences both hot and cold temperatures.
