Currently, P.F. Chang's is hiring both full-time and part-time Backwaiters. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant by ensuring that food is delivered to guests promptly and courteously. In this role, Backwaiters assist with a variety of tasks that are vital to restaurant operations. These include delivering food to guests accurately, managing the expo line by running trays of food, clearing and sanitizing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of service stations. Additionally, Backwaiters operate kitchen equipment such as coffee and iced tea machines and help with guest inquiries or concerns. The job also involves some interaction with guests by greeting and seating them when needed, answering phones, and helping with takeout orders. Occasionally, Backwaiters may be required to support beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service.

P.F. Chang's offers an hourly pay starting at $7.50 plus tips, with pay rates adjusted based on experience.
