This job opening is for the position of a Backwaiter, available for both full-time and part-time hourly roles. The pay range starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips, with compensation increasing based on experience. The role is crucial for supporting the restaurant's operations by ensuring timely delivery of food to guests, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting with service station upkeep. Backwaiters play a pivotal part in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences by acting as a bridge between the kitchen and the dining room.

The Backwaiter is expected to deliver food promptly and courteously, monitor the expo line, run trays of food to diners, clear and sanitize tables and floors, transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area, restock service stations, operate equipment such as coffee and iced tea machines as well as POS systems, and assist with greeting and seating guests when necessary. Exceptional customer service is a fundamental element of the role, ensuring all guest requests are met and any concerns are communicated to management effectively.
