We are currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Backwaiters. The Backwaiter role is pivotal in supporting restaurant operations by ensuring guests receive their meals in a timely and courteous manner. This role involves delivering food, assisting with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting service stations to ensure efficiency. Backwaiters play an essential role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing friendly interaction and attentive service. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or grow their career in the restaurant industry. The position requires the ability to multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and communicate clearly with guests and team members alike. Duties also include supporting beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service, when applicable, along with various responsibilities designed to keep the front and back of the house running smoothly.
