The position available is for both full-time and part-time hourly Backwaiters, integral team members who play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest experiences. The Backwaiter is responsible for promptly and courteously delivering food to guests, ensuring timely and accurate service. This role also involves assisting with keeping the dining room clean and organized, maintaining service stations, and supporting various aspects of front-of-house operations such as greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and packaging takeout orders. Working in this fast-paced environment requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. P.F. Chang's provides training for all Backwaiters, so no prior experience is necessary. Individuals interested in this opportunity should be at least 18 years old and possess or obtain a current Food Handler's Card where applicable. The role demands physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 pounds repeatedly during shifts, highlighting a hands-on and active work environment.

The compensation package for this role includes a wage starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips, varying based on experience. P.F.
