This job opening is for the position of Backwaiter, an essential role supporting the restaurant's daily operations. The Backwaiter is responsible for ensuring that food is delivered promptly and courteously to guests, assisting with the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, and maintaining service stations to support the front-of-house team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth flow of service from the kitchen to the guest tables, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

The Backwaiter role is open for both full-time and part-time hourly employment, with a competitive pay starting at $10.70 per hour plus tips, depending on experience. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to enter the restaurant industry as no prior experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge. Employees in this role must have strong multitasking abilities, good communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical demands include the ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 pounds regularly during shifts.
