Founded in 2015, OVG has rapidly ascended to become a powerhouse within the live entertainment industry, offering a comprehensive platform that spans venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The company proudly manages a diverse portfolio, including seven world-class owned venues and a distinguished client roster consisting of iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This expansive reach enables OVG to set industry standards and deliver unforgettable experiences to audiences worldwide.

This is reflected not only in the services offered but also in the company culture, which emphasizes inclusivity, diversity, and professional growth.

The Backstage Catering Captain role at Oak View Group is a vital position within the live entertainment ecosystem, focused on ensuring exceptional hospitality services for touring artists and their crews. The individual is responsible for ensuring that all catering zones are well-stocked, organized, and compliant with food safety and responsible alcohol service policies. One of the unique challenges of this position involves anticipating and swiftly resolving any issues that arise during live events, maintaining professionalism and composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 and includes part-time benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about live entertainment, hospitality, and team leadership, who thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment. Flexibility is key, as the position involves working long days, early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with the demanding schedules of live event production.

Oak View Group is also deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as foundational pillars driving innovation and excellence. The organization believes that a diverse workforce enriches client services and fosters an environment where all employees can thrive. As such, OVG is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and ensuring equal access to opportunities for all qualified candidates regardless of protected characteristics.
