The role offers a starting hourly pay range between $18.65 and $19.15, with actual pay determined by the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. As part of the HomeGoods team, the associate will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring that merchandise is processed effectively and the sales floor remains well-stocked and organized. Associates will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience through engagement and interaction, maintaining store cleanliness, and modeling exceptional customer service.
