This role is specifically with HomeGoods, a key brand under the TJX Companies umbrella, known for providing quality home décor and goods at value prices. The position centers on ensuring seamless operational flow through the execution of receiving and merchandising standards. The candidate will serve as a leader within the store team, fostering efficient merchandise processing and a positive store environment. Responsibilities include orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing the flow of merchandise onto the sales floor, training and mentoring associates, and maintaining clean, organized stock and sales areas. This role demands a dedication to exceptional customer service, leading by example to create a welcoming experience for customers while supporting the store’s merchandising philosophy and labor standards. A starting wage of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour is offered, commensurate with skills and experience, reflecting TJX’s commitment to competitive compensation.
