Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year retail experience
  • at least 6 months leadership experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation

Job Duties

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
  • promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
  • orchestrates truck delivery prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
  • trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
  • ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
  • communicates with the coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
  • ensures associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan and prioritizes as needed
