The position being offered is a full-time role based at the TJ Maxx store located at 458 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, OH, with a competitive starting pay range of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour, determined by the candidate’s skills and experience.

This role is vital to ensuring the store’s merchandise is efficiently received, processed, and displayed, contributing to an excellent shopping experience for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading receiving and merchandising teams to meet company standards, facilitating efficient goods flow from delivery trucks to sales floors, and maintaining an organized, clean store environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to train, mentor, and support associates in their daily tasks while upholding TJ Maxx’s merchandising philosophy and safety protocols.

In this position, you will engage directly with customers to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere and provide outstanding service. You will also play a key role in maintaining product presentation by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded, and rotated on the sales floor and in the back stock area. The job includes coordinating with various teams, monitoring work productivity, and supporting loss prevention and store safety initiatives.
