The role available is within the TJ Maxx retail team located at the USA TJ Maxx Store 0257 in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is primarily responsible for receiving and merchandising merchandise efficiently to maintain a seamless customer experience. The role involves ensuring merchandise processing meets high standards, mentoring associates, and coordinating the flow of goods to the sales floor. This position requires hands-on leadership to uphold merchandising philosophy, maintain an organized and clean store environment, and support safety and compliance protocols. Employees will engage with customers to deliver excellent service, promote store loyalty programs, and contribute to store goals such as shrink reduction.
