Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates

- ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

- flexible availability to work mornings late nights weekends holidays and weekdays as needed
Job Duties
- Carry the order in hand or on a tray to the table and serve the plates for the customer at the table
- assist chefs with expediting orders including assembly garnishing and inspecting the delicious food dishes for quality and visual appeal of the plate
- read the food ticket pick up plates and organize them in hand or on a tray for delivery to the tables
- remove dirty plates glasses and utensils from other tables and deliver them to the dishwashing station
- notify the expediter of other tables ready to be served
- replenish the stations with product and supplies including hot water brewed coffee beans tea milk utensils plates bread butter jellies other garnishes and condiments
- break down and clean work area store perishable product clean equipment and supplies and restock to end of day par levels
