The position available is for Back Servers / Bussers. This role is critical to maintaining a smooth and efficient restaurant operation by ensuring cleanliness, timely resetting of tables, and excellent communication with both guests and team members. The role is hourly compensated with a wage ranging from $2.13 to $15.00 per hour, reflecting that this position earns tips which significantly supplement income. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds

  • Flexible availability to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor
  • Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next round of guests
  • Communicate with guests, servers, and hostesses to ensure excellent guest service
  • Thank guests as they are leaving the restaurant
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
