- minimum of two years of food service or related experience
- ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently

Job Duties
- Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
- anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
- pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed
- stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods
- replenish condiments and prepare bread service
- break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth operations
- assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed
- assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks
- work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
