Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 plus of experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Positive attitude with a desire to develop new skills
  • Open availability and flexibility to work weekends, holidays if necessary
  • MUST have good punctuality and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Must have a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry items weighing up to 25lbs

Job Duties

  • Bussing, clearing and resetting tables efficiently
  • Running food and beverages with a sense of urgency
  • Assisting and supporting servers during service

  • Polishing and organizing glassware
  • Communicating effectively with all front and back of the house staff
  • Providing warm, attentive service
