The Busser/Back Server at Ella Dining Room and Bar plays a vital supporting role in ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests. This part-time position offers a wage of $16.90 per hour plus participation in a generous daily tip pool, reflecting the company’s dedication to recognizing and rewarding team efforts. The role requires individuals with excellent social skills who are motivated, quick, and capable of multitasking in a busy restaurant environment. The Busser/Back Server is responsible for assisting servers and bartenders with bar preparation before, during, and after shifts, delivering food, refilling beverages, restocking supplies and ice, cleaning and restocking glassware, and handling keg changes. The position demands a thorough knowledge of food, wine, and liquor to support the front-of-house team effectively and provide seamless service to guests. Job Requirements
- minimum of one year of previous serving bussing or back server experience
- ability to take direction and help service staff bartenders and managers serve guests
- must be available nights and varied days as business dictates
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
- ability to multitask and move quickly
- ability to lift 25+ pounds
