The Busser/Back Server position at Ella Dining Room and Bar provides a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to thrive in a fast-paced, social environment. As part of the team, the Busser/Back Server plays a vital role in supporting front-of-house operations by assisting servers and bartenders with various tasks before, during, and after shifts. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless delivery of service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Candidates for this position should bring at least one year of relevant experience in serving, bussing, or back server roles and demonstrate strong multitasking skills in a high-demand setting. The position requires the ability to lift 25 pounds, take direction efficiently, and maintain a positive, hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests and team members alike.

The role includes several responsibilities such as bar preparation, food delivery, water refills, cleaning and restocking items like glassware and ice, and changing kegs. Additionally, a valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required to comply with service regulations.
