Job Requirements
- minimum one year previous serving bussing or back server experience
- ability to take direction and assist service staff bartenders and managers
- availability for nights and varied days as business dictates
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid responsible beverage serving rbs card required
- ability to multitask and move quickly
- ability to lift 25 pounds or more

- sufficient knowledge of food wine and liquor service
Job Duties
- assist servers and bartenders with bar preparation before during and after shifts
- deliver food to guests promptly and courteously
- refill water and maintain guest table settings
- clean and stock products including glassware and ice
- change kegs as needed to support bar operations
- interact positively with guests and staff to enhance the dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas
