You will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, freezers, and storage areas. The role demands physical stamina as employees often stand for extended periods, lift heavy items up to 60 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Excellent mental focus is required to plan and execute complex kitchen workflows under the pressures of a busy restaurant setting. Moreover, this position upholds a high standard of uniform, grooming, and appearance while fostering positive interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.

Local Lime is dedicated to inclusivity and encourages people with criminal records to apply. Employment opportunities include full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay starting from $13.00 per hour. The restaurant offers a variety of benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts. Candidates should possess at least one year of restaurant experience, have a basic understanding of professional cooking techniques, and be familiar with knife handling and food safety practices.

Working conditions involve an indoor environment with a varying schedule that includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Employees should be comfortable working around heat and cold, mechanical equipment, noise, and possibly hazardous chemicals. Shift availability for day and night shifts is preferred, and candidates who can relocate to Little Rock, AR 72223, before starting work will be favored.
