The Back of House Team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill plays a critical role in maintaining the restaurant’s high culinary standards. This team comprises Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and Grill Cooks, all collaborating seamlessly to produce top-tier scratch-made dishes under the guidance of Executive and Sous Chefs. The Back of House members are responsible not only for food preparation but also for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and organizing their stations to support efficient kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
