This position is part-time with benefits including pay-on-demand options, tip sharing (excluding Minnesota locations), meal discounts, flexible scheduling, and a fun and safe work environment. The primary roles available include Front of House, Back of House, and FunZone Attendant, each with distinct responsibilities.
Front of House team members act as the face of Pizza Ranch, greeting guests, assisting with point-of-sale transactions, maintaining buffets, ensuring cleanliness of the dining areas and restrooms, and handling phone orders. The Back of House team focuses on preparing crave-worthy food with a strong emphasis on food safety, order accuracy, kitchen cleanliness, and dish area maintenance. FunZone Attendants engage with guests within the arcade, helping to create a lively and safe atmosphere. They manage hospitality and safety, guest relations, FunZone point-of-sale transactions, cleanliness, and prize counter upkeep.
Applicants should possess the physical capability to be on their feet for extended periods, perform tasks involving reaching, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and maintaining cleanliness through wiping, sweeping, and mopping. Prior experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
