The role of a Back of House Team Member is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant’s kitchen and food preparation areas. This position involves various responsibilities related to food preparation, safety compliance, order processing, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The Back of House Team Member contributes directly to the overall guest experience by supporting kitchen functions that ensure the timely delivery of quality pizza, chicken, and other menu items. This role demands physical stamina due to extended periods on one’s feet and requires the ability to handle diverse tasks like lifting, bending, and cleaning.
