Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Must obtain Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card if hired
- Willingness and ability to adhere to grooming and appearance standards
- No education required

Job Duties
- Ensure food safety always
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for the team
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player
- Open and/or close and lead shifts
- Communicate effectively both written and spoken
- Ensure guests receive delicious food served promptly
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen
- Stay up-to-date with new products
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Adhere to dress code and rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
