Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Must obtain Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card if hired
  • Willingness and ability to adhere to grooming and appearance standards
  • No education required

Job Duties

  • Ensure food safety always
  • Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift and act as a role model for the team
  • Be a friendly and encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close and lead shifts
  • Communicate effectively both written and spoken
  • Ensure guests receive delicious food served promptly
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently
  • Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen
  • Stay up-to-date with new products
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
  • Complete opening and closing tasks
  • Adhere to dress code and rules
  • Perform other duties as assigned
