Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • ability to provide valid documentation
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • knowledge of cooking techniques and safety standards
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • prepare, assemble, fold, and steam dumplings
  • prepare wok dishes according to recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards
  • maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • participate in training programs
  • support team collaboration and communication
