Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of cooking techniques and safety standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- prepare, assemble, fold, and steam dumplings
- prepare wok dishes according to recipes, cook times, techniques, and plating standards
- maintain quality and consistency in food preparation
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
- participate in training programs
- support team collaboration and communication
